Fantastic weather and hike on the AT today! Seven brave hikers showed up even though the forecast predicted over 50% rain in the afternoon. Not a drop of rain fell as we moved from bald to bald to enjoy the amazing views. Thank you DanR for co-leading. Congratulations to Ann C. on her 50^th hike and first D5 and to Mark W. for reaching Wayah Bald before most of the group! This was a significant hike for me, it was my first D5 in over 3 years and my 60^th D5 overall. Hike on.
