Write Up:
Eight courageous adventurers, and their human companions, braved the wind and rain for a Sunday afternoon romp in the park. In true AOC spirit, the rain was soon forgotten as new friends were greeted with much sniffing and tail wagging. A special welcome was made for new member David, on his first hike with the club.

Our journey took us around the meadow, across the lake, and up the hill. Along the way we splashed through puddles, encountered fearless ducks and were surprised by scampering squirrels. SQUIRREL!!  We finished up with a loop around the fields and courts to wind up back at the old bridge.

Our adventurers were wet and muddy but couldn't have been happier. All in all, a great day at the park, despite the weather!
