YES, there were Blueberries! Most of us had forgotten that wild blueberries are much smaller than the one we buy at the store. That said they, were just as tasty and thought there were not a lot of them, I don’t think anyone went hungry. The weather was great, and you could tell what side of the mountain you were on based on the wind, humidity, and temperature.

The parking lot was about half full when we arrived, yet there were no parking spaces when we left. Due to the recent heavy rainfall crossing the first falls presented an initial change. We overcame it and proceeded to the second falls where we took about a 35-minute break. Next time I am going to make it a 40-to-45-minute break or longer due to how much we all enjoyed it.

The return trip to the parking lot was uneventful except for the number of breaks we took to stop to eat the those amazingly tasting blueberries.
