Sope Creek - a beautiful trail, pretty well shaded from the suns rays but yesterday was super humid.  All hikers came in dripping in sweat.  We got in just about 7 miles in 2 1/2 hours.  We welcomed Val, a new AOC member.  Joyce took over the leading for part of the hike.  I was exhausted, maybe it had to do my A/C going out over the weekend - not much quality sleep this weekend.
