Well the Frog's are back and they were jumping...I tried to keep up with K.G. but she's damn strong! Fortunate for me this was the 1st time she's been to VC so I wasn't completely dropped ;) The weather was perfect (as is most of October in GA), so was the trail...minus a few million acorns. 40 minute 5k+ perfect way to start the weekend...I might make this a regualr thing, I need to nudge and the motivation from y'all so c'mon!
