This hike at one time had 15 participants plus a lengthy waitlist, but things change, and we ended up with just 13 members. Jeff made it onto the active list late last night, so he was happy with the changes.

The warm-up hill mimicked this year's Kentucky Derby with an amazing upset at the end! It looked like Dolores had the race all sewn up, but Russ pulled out a last minute upset with a strategic dash to the finish.

We all loved the cool breeze that managed to cool us off throughout the hike. The day was sunny, bright, and beautiful. ~ Joyce
