Warm weather and blue skies on the Pinhoti Trail! Our band of nine adventurers enjoyed a brisk-paced hike (3.1 mph moving speed)  as we trekked past Pilchers Pond and upward to Keown Falls. Along the way we crossed Snake Creek. As we climbed toward the falls we got a brief but spectacular view of the ridges and valleys of the Cumberland Plateau. Keown Falls was low-flow but picturesque.
