The morning started sunny with temperature in the mid 50’s and ending with temperature in the high 40’s. We started at a. We proceeded according to the plan stopping from time to time to talk about this section of the park. Several of the members had never hike the southern trails. We took  a break by the Illinois Monument and returned to the parking lot.
