What a cool exploring adventure in Roswell on a wonderful Thanksgiving morning! We have 2 new members to the club that join me Thursday Esther & Mahsheed - they're gonna fit in just right here!! We had a series of fun challenges on this event and everyone indulged me as I showed them how to South (West) African rappelling (which is without the need for a harness or any belay devices..all you need is a rope and a good grip! LOL). The creek crossing was conquered by all and a few had alternative ways to achieve that goal...One was knee deep in Big Creek, and the other was scooting across on their dupa :) but (no pun intended) we all made it, we all gave the rappelling a go even if it was just on a small bluff. We'll be back for more soon!
