After a day of soaking rain, a hike up the rock was not happening. Instead, we added the Kings Trail and the Songbird Habitat trails to the Cherokee for a total of 8.6 miles. Despite the gray sky and soggy trail, our group had a wonderful hike at a rate that hit 3 mph. Seasoned hikers all, we stayed together for the entire hike. Enjoyed hiking with Laura for the first time.
