This was originally Tom J.'s hike, which he marked as "exploratory." I lived up to the rating, for I was in exploratory mode throughout the hike. Lee tried to help guide me with his AllTrails app, but I figured one trail was as good as another, and there were so many choices of trails to take! Run-offs from the heavy rain created trails that weren't even trails, but I can say with conviction that we lived up to the "exploratory" description on the itinerary.

Some of the group chose to return to their cars while the rest of us took one more little loop around a different trail. We finished the hike in a little less than two hours with almost 4 miles of trail covered.

I really wanted to find the labyrinth, but it eluded me. Maybe next time.
