Write Up:
Eight hikers that hike on event day regardless of the weather showed up for this evening's hike.  As is normally the case, the rain wasn't much of a factor.  Traffic was horrible which caused several people to arrive late, but thanks to Kathy for stepping up as co-lead and offering to meet the latecomers and meet us on the mountain.  Also thanks to Ann for stepping up as co-lead when the group split up from time to time.  It's great having Trip Leaders on your hikes!

The pace was fast today as we raced against the sunset.  We didn't go beyond  the Little Kennesaw loop this time since DST just started.  In a couple of weeks, we'll be able to head down to Big Rock Gap and back and still get back before dark.

Thanks for coming out this evening for a great hike!  I wish I would have brought my camera, but I left it in the car since it was raining when I arrived.
