Write Up:
It was a great morning for hiking.  Freezing at first but warming up almost as fast as we did.  The pace was killer on the way to Burnt Hickory Road.  After that, some chose to head back from there while the rest did a 2.5 mile or so additional loop going by Noses Creek, but we went in a clockwise direction this time in order to change things around a bit.  Before long we were heading back over the mountains again and back to the visitor's center - all before 11:00 AM.  Excellent and very strong group today.  Looking forward to doing it again sometime soon.
