What a crisp Friday morning for a light-hearted hike at the beautiful Simpsonwood Park!!  The mesmerizing sunray shining through the straight tall trees, cheerful deer frolicking around and the chirping spring birds made my heart sing along and my mind wonder away to a care-free la-la land. 

We go to nature to be soothed and healed and to have our sense put in order.
