Sometimes I wonder if the rain bubble isn't actually real! We had tons of rain this morning, but the drops stopped falling at 10 am, just in time for our hike. And no rain fell during our hike either. Everyone was prepared for rain, but the rain jackets were used just for warmth.

Mahsheed had an amazing run up the warm-up hill. David V. was determined to stay in the race, and they both seemed to finish together . . . far ahead of the rest of us.

George led the group on our return on the lollipop stem . . . and he burned the trail! Our Thursday morning hikers have developed some speed! ~ Joyce
