You could not ask for better weather for an after work event in the summer. 3 motivated, hard chargin' AOC'ers joined me for a rappelling, belaying and basics sesh at Groveway this evening...what a perfect way to get folks familiarized with new techniques, gear and such in a SAFE controlled environment. It was perfect.
As always I wanted to WELCOME a NEW AOC member into the mix, CASSIE, I'm sure she'll be looking at more events (not just climbing) so keep an eye out for her...she's as motivated as Mahsheed is....and that's saying something!
