Another full group, willing to sweat it out on this very warm, humid morning. Although we all feel the heat, no one whines or complains. We stay hydrated and manage to keep conversation going throughout the hike.

David W. has amazingly managed to maintain his perfect record of being first up the warm-up hill. We're waiting for Mahsheed to be on the hike on the same day as David. We're all thinking she could give him a run for the money.

We welcomed Belinda's special fellow to the AOC this morning. DJ did a great job keeping up and smiling throughout the hike. I think we all approve of him! We'll keep him!
