2 solid hours of backpack training at VC is never a bad thing! we knocked out 6.5 miles today...KUDOS to everyone...we'll be keeping those torches at the ready as the days are really getting shorter each week! 

note: no training on thursday next week as I have the 94% full moon hike at Stone Mountain wednesday and kayaking on thursday....c'mon out to them if you can...CHEERS

p.s. great seeing Eric P out there again...while he did have his shoes ON today...I was stoked to see on one of my event and even more so with a backpack on his shoulders!
