We began our adventure at Warwoman Dell as the rain ended. The waterfalls along Becky Branch Creek and Martin Creek were low. After fording Becky Branch at the falls we enjoyed a brisk hike to the cascades along Martin Creek before stopping to admire the fall.s The sky was gray as we ascended the trail to Pinnacle Knob. Most of the leaves had fallen but we still enjoyed some great fall colors interspersed with the rhododendrons. Fog enveloped the top of the knob, where we had our lunch before returning.
