We had a grand, fitting celebration today to honor Lee's 600th AOC event! He's gathered all of those events in just 3 years and 4 months! That's a lot of hiking! So many of us have become close friends with both Lee and his wife, Shirley, that we really loved to stay after the hike to share some refreshments brought by several of our participants. We didn't have to eat lunch after our after-party!

We had two newbies today - - two friends - - Karstin and Anne. We hope to see much more of them as they work toward their first 100 events!
