a special day for Julie, and we were all so happy to celebrate it with her! We had an excellent first hike of 2024, though it was a bit chilly when a breeze caught us. We hiked just over 5 miles, and saw the new fields at Groveway Park, the Rock Snake, the Covered Bridge, and lots of hikers and their dogs. With our moderate pace, everyone stayed together, and there were continuous conversations among the group members.

Following the hike, we celebrated with some baklava and home-made treats Barbara made. ~ Joyce
