It was a classic cold, crisp but beautifully clear and sunny morning. The Path was not too crowded and the woods even less so. There were some muddy patches after yesterday's rain but nothing that required a re-route. I enjoyed hiking with Joan and June for the first time; Mike the second time and always nice to hike with (brand-new trip leader) Chuck, Mary and Dan. Overall, a lovely morning hike!
