Congratulations to Mildred S. on completing her 100th AOC event today! It was a fine day to honor Mildred, with cool, dry weather and bright sunshine.

Our group covered 5 miles through the park, tackling that long, rocky hill in both directions, giving our knees a challenge on the descent and our hearts a good workout on the upward climb. ~ Joyce
