Write Up:
Hot!  Hot!  Hot!  We did have a slight breeze from time to time, but for the most part, this morning's hike was somewhat of a scorcher, but everyone had the right attitude, so we just powered through it.  We were in the shade the majority of the hike, but of course got some direct sun exposure in the fields near Cheatham Hill.  The breaks were short and few and far between as the day grew hotter the farther we walked, but we all knew that we need to press on to come to completion on this thing, and we did.  Nobody complained, and it was a D5 level hike due to conditions - that was great!  I love hiking with people like these.  Guess we need to press on to Kolb Farm and back next time :-)
