Another great hiking day at Island Ford! The rain last night contributed to high humidity, but the overcast skies helped to keep us from getting overheated.

Congratulations to Joy and Gary who made it first to the top of the warmup hill. They made it look easy.

It's great to have Mark S. back with us after almost 10 years! Hopefully, he'll become a regular on the trails.

I was very proud of the group today for keeping up the pace throughout the hike. It wasn't easy. ~ Joyce
