A nice little hike today at Leita Thompson before the extreme heat of the day hit. We hiked two loops of the park at a moderate pace, and got in about 4 miles. Some good exercise.

It was nice to have Dawn with us, on her first hike since back surgery, and Doris, my sister who lives in Thailand. No newbies today. ~ Joyce
