Everything came together at the last moment, but this morning became Amy's 500th AOC event! How great to be able to celebrate the hike with her!

Russ had the ladies all to himself today. He didn't mind a bit! Russ and I shared the lead, so that he was able to talk with everyone, and get to know our brand new member, Kelley, who had no trouble keeping up with the group.

It was a warm, humid morning, but we were able to get in about 5.2 miles in 2 hours. This heat and humidity were taking their toll on me this morning. I was glad to make it back to the car!
