Write Up:
It was a hike of transitions.  It started out sunny, hot, and muggy on the way over to Burnt Hickory Road, but then a big black cloud rolled in and the wind picked up and the temperature dropped about 15 degrees very rapidly.  It rained near us, but it didn't rain on us :-)  It was an interesting transition and I think everyone enjoyed the experience and got their power hikes in.
