Write Up:
Brutal!  Today's hike was very hard due to the high temps, high humidity, and lack of a natural breeze.  It took nothing but grit to do what we did today.  What a powerful group of hikers!  Bummer that the Kennesaw Mountain boys decided to block off the trail from our parking area to the visitor's center.  We need to respect the change even though probably none of us agree with it.

Only a few more August hikes remain before we get into easy street up there at Kennesaw Mountain.

Thanks for coming out today in the heat and thanks for getting there early!  Maybe we should do this next Wednesday!
