We conquered the challenging Arkaquah Trail, and enjoyed spectacular winter views from Brasstown Bald. Amongst the banter was a solemn hiking tip...  look for snakes anytime you squat.  Perfect timing and a brisk pace ensured we completed the hike just as raindrops fell!
