Not many distractions to slow us down today, so we completed the 4.5 mile walk in about an hour and a half. The air kept a nice chill during our hike, not getting much above the low 50's.

We welcomed a brand new member today, Kathy O., who enjoyed friendly conversation with our veteran ladies. Sadly, her sister was stuck on the waiting list till this morning and couldn't make today's hike. Welcome, Kathy. Hopefully we'll see more of you on our local hikes. ~ Joyce
