We were feeling it today with over 1100 feet of elevation gain at 3.3mph over 6.7 miles and almost 2 hours.  Amy captured 3 heron wading in one picture.and I caught 4 lovely ladies in a photo with red bud blossoms and golden beech branches in the background scenery.  We celebrated 110 events for Joy and 10 events for Dori.  Our inspiration today was our Lynn fighting through a sore knee from a D6 yesterday.
