We had a beautiful day for this hike, and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.  The crossing across Richland Creek was certainly challenging and a few of us got some wet socks, but for the most part, it was thankfully uneventful.  We then proceeded north, and checked out Buford Dam, and then hiked up to the lake.  It feels strange to hike up hill to a river or lake, but that was the case.  We took a break at the lovely blue water and then headed back.  Great day to be out there.
