It was a pretty spring day this morning for our hike around and up Stone Mountain. There were not many people on the Cherokee. We did though have a nice chat with two friendly young women who were training for a backpack trip this weekend. There was an abundance of blooms on the Cherokee and on the mountain itself. Barbara, Wayne and I had a relaxed, friendly hike; however, Wayne had to forego the walk up the mountain. Overall a nice way to spend the morning.
