Write Up:
Still hot and very humid on these hikes, but it felt good to sweat it out.  Got underway at 6:00 PM on the nose again.  Sorry some of you were running late, but we really must carry on so as to be able to exit the park right at closing time.  Most made it to Burnt Hickory to begin the power back at 7:00 PM.  All were back at the visitors center around 8:00 PM as planned.  No damage.  Strong group of hikers!
