Our first hike of the day started at 8 am, and it was chilly! In fact, the chill stayed with us throughout the entire 3.9 miles. No complaints. With a long day ahead of us, we appreciated not sweating.

We had a magnificent group of 7 members who planned to hike all five of today's events! They were Mike C., Bette, Ann, Gerrilyn, Mary R., Lee, and I.

We took photos at the beginning of the hike and again at our turn-around point at Martin's Landing. Thanks to Rocky for taking all of the group photos. ~ Joyce
