It was truly an awesome day with an amazing group, thank you all for coming out.

Humidity was brutal but thankfully there was an overcast and the west side breeze helped a bit.

We hiked exactly the same route I mapped on AllTrails but we did end up with more mileage, yet we finished on time, which meant that the pace was faster than it should have been, part my learning journey for sure.

We did 13.3 miles, 2700ft elevation, 2.8 avg speed, if this was a race, we would have the gold medals for sure!
