We took to the drier pavement (Rottenwood/Callan) and gravel (Akers Ridge) for much of our hike, made our elevation gain, and extended the hike to 8 miles, while finishing on time thanks to a 3.4 mph pace.  Milestones included Ann with 1230 hikes with the club and Ralph with 770.  Hikes with me included Lynn with 300, Ann 140, Laura 70, and Lianne 30.
