Congratulations to George today! He completed his 200th AOC event, having started hiking post-Covid, in 2022.

It was great to meet a newcomer to the club - Roger - on his very first hike. And welcome back to Veronica and Emily!

Russ made a surprising run up the warm-up hill, finishing first, with Steve, George, and David giving him some competition.

The trails were a bit muddy today following this morning's rain, but we were happy not to need rain gear during the hike. We went a unique route today, skipping the lollipop trail, but instead going to the apartments, the woods to the entrance, and the old homestead ruins. A nice 5 miler-to celebrate this special morning. ~ Joyce
