Stronger winds than anticipated made this a more challenging paddle than we'd expected. Watching the distant shore for signs we were making progress, I was reminded of the scene in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" where the castle guards watch the oncoming assailant run at them full force without seeming to come closer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JPL-rEuc9o

But progress was indeed made, and we went ashore for a hearty lunch at Pig Tales. Returning to our boats, we spread out a bit in the open water but regrouped before paddling the home stretch back to our Safe Harbor. What a great group of paddlers!
