This was a very last-minute event, posted last night . . . so I was happy that we had three other members register! Having only four in our group, we were all able to stay together and talk. A nice change from the usual groups of 15 that don't afford an opportunity to chat with many people.
We had lots of shade as we walked along Azalea Road and for most of the boardwalk, except for the 1 mile section after the Chattahoochee Nature Center. What a lovely morning for a walk!
We finished the 6 mile walk in two hours and change . . . a nice moderate pace for a flat path. We were happy to meet Marty today. She was on just her 3rd AOC event. ~ Joyce
