It was a perfect morning to get out on the trail and get our hearts pumping. An awesome group of seven fast hikers hiked the Island Ford Trail this Sunday morning. Luz M, Bette G, Val G, Tim H, Katie H, Colleen B, and Erica B crushed 4.5 miles in a little under 1 1/2 hours while enjoying great conversations and views of nature.

We saw many of the trail's best features, including stunning views of the Chattahoochee River and the surrounding nature. The group also spotted some amazing wildlife, including several deer and a heron.
