West Palisades Sunday Hike Recap – Fast Group Edition
On a beautiful early Sunday morning, our fast-paced hiking crew, Scott W., Andy G., Patti W., Vesu, Annie H., and Erica B., set out for an invigorating hike at West Palisades trails. Covering 4.5 miles in just 1 hour and 25 minutes, the group maintained a fast pace while soaking in the natural beauty of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.
Highlights included the serene views of Rottenwood Creek, the beautiful Chattahoochee River, a heron spotted fishing for breakfast near the shoreline, and other great views of nature. Thanks, everyone. This was a great hike and awesome pace with fellow adventurers.
