Thanks for joining us for a nice day to shoot the hootch! You're a great group of fellow adventurers, ready to continue doing what you've already done for a very long time, or try something new!

Jim, your canoe paddling skills are impressive and you brought back many memories. Nahid, your new kayak is a huge improvement over your last boat, and I am looking forward to you joining us in the future. Susan, your positive attitude on the river and helping with the shuttle is always welcome as well as your stories, that had me laughing at times. Salma, when you said you were a little scared on the rapids, but with a smile on your face, I was impressed you never once had anything but positive comments about the day, and I could tell you were proud of yourself. 

Even when due to the low water levels, and the boats getting hung up occassionally, everyone just pushed on through, with a great attitude, and an obvious willingness to have an adventure shooting the hootch!

Thanks for guarding the boats while we did the shuttle Nahid, and thanks for the cold drink and stories after we loaded up the boats Jim.

Hope you enjoyed the day as much as us! Mark thanks for co-leading. Always good to have you around to help out...in this case usually leading the group in the shoals, so I could sweep in case anyone had troubles on the rocks.
