It turned out to be a beautiful day at Black Rock.  Clouds cleared and we had amazing views at both overlooks.  Trails were in good condition.  There has been recent downed trees.  Many were cleared and had some branches to navigate.  We were able to get around all.  We enjoyed our lunch at the overlook with clear skies. Light mist/rain in last 1 1/2 miles.  Many AOC members 1st time at the park.  Thank you to Teresa, Jim, Romy, Shelley, Christel, and Neetu for joining Kip and I on both hikes.   We had a fun stay in Clayton enjoying festive Main Street and having dinner at the Universal Joint.
