We had 14 hikers today at Bowmans Island where we hiked 6.3 miles covering pretty much all the trails with about 460 feet of elevation in 2:21. That was a good pace of about 2.7 mph. The trails were in great shape with no obsticles other than the normal roots and rocks. We saw several deer who decided to run off in the opposite direction. Overall, a fun, successful hike.
