It started chilly, however as we hiked, we warmed up. I talked to Demea on Sunday. She was correct, the parking lot and restrooms were open. We arrived at 10:10 and got the last parking spot. We drove up in two cars, thanks for Gwen and Yvonne for driving.

The four bridges are now three new bridges (see the before and after pictures on Facebook). The wire rope in one location is now missing and in another sport due to a blowdown you can either climb over the blowdown to cross the creek on cross on double logs. We did a combination of both. There were a lot of blowdowns to climb over.

For those that have not done this hike. It requires a good bit of technical hiking skills, although it is not a hard hike; beginners should not be on this hike.

We stopped at the top of the falls, had an enjoyable lunch. The water was cold to enter.
