We had an awesome Sunday morning Explorer hike at West Palisades with 11 awesome hikers, including Page, Neil W., Claudia R., Jennifer W., Luz, Elizabeth C., Sharanya A., Lakshmana A., Stephen F., Grant P., and trip leader Erica B. Together we covered 4.6 miles in just 1.5 hours, taking in peaceful stretches along the Chattahoochee, spotting wildlife, and enjoying beautiful views of the West Palisades trail and even a glimpse of the East Palisades trail across the river, boulders, and many other views of nature. The group’s energy made the morning feel light, connected, and full of adventure. Looking forward to hiking again soon.
