We met at the Whitewater Parking lot. Where we did introductions. It was a nice day hiking. However, the trail was very muddy in places, specifically on the trail to the Bamboo Forest. We headed along the Chattahoochee toward I75, stopped at the end of the trail by the creek and headed upriver. We stopped and enjoyed the view from the overlook and headed for the Bamboo Forest. We returned the way we came.
