We had a great hike to Rabun Bald on the Bartram Trail from Hale Ridge Road. The weather was fabulous, with cool temperatures and fog that lifted in time for us to enjoy the spectacular views Rabun Bald affords. We enjoyed the usual delightful streams and small waterfalls on the way up, and didn't start getting hot until we were almost back to the car. It was a great group, and I enjoyed introducing two new(ish) members to one of the nicest hikes in Georgia.
